Quinn has been a dog handler for 5 years and is currently working a dual purpose patrol/narcotic detection dog and is the SWAT K9 handler for his agency's tactical unit. He has trained patrol, narcotics and explosives detection dogs. Quinn currently works the patrol monthly Maintenance Training.
