Michele Estrada began working with dogs in 2004 when she attended the Military Working Dog School at Lackland Air Base. Shortly after, she deployed to Afghanistan with her Military Working Dog (MWD), where her primary task was managing the baggage line for incoming and outgoing flights. Over the past 16 years, Michelle has handled patrol and detection dogs, gaining extensive experience and honing her skills in various challenging environments. Currently, she assists in instructing the detection course, sharing her expertise and knowledge with new handlers.
