Tom Brown served with the Pasadena Police Department for 30 years before retiring. He spent five years as a decoy before transitioning to a canine handler, working with a cross-trained patrol dog for nine years. Since 2008, Tom has been part of Adlerhorst, having completed the POST Evaluators Course. He serves as a POST Evaluator for patrol and narcotics recertification classes. Tom currently manages monthly narcotics maintenance and instructs Basic Narcotics Classes. In addition, he assists Adlerhorst with monthly training and recertification, leveraging his extensive experience to enhance K-9 training and certification programs.
